What is freeze drying?
Freeze-drying is a technique that rapidly and simultaneously freezes and dries food below-40°C. This preserves the maximum nutrition that the fruits contain.
Three steps of the freeze-drying process:
1st:The freezing of the fruits at -35°~-40°C
2nd:Ice extraction using a boiler or heat generator
3rd:Removal of water from the fruits

Consuming Method: Can be eaten directly or added into cereal breakfast
